As part of the Anti-Corruption Week, timed to December 9, the International Anti-Corruption Day, the Cadaster Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan has held the Doors Open Day.
The event focused on measures aimed at ensuring the openness of the Agency’s activities, preventing and eliminating corruption risks, introducing modern anti-corruption systems in the field and their effectiveness.
According to the executives of the Cadaster Agency, the digitalization of the sphere enabled the system to work in full, and ensure the openness and transparency in the activities. In addition, by reducing the human factor it becomes possible to more effectively fight and prevent corruption in the field.
Bekzod Rakhmonov, the Anti-Corruption Agency officer, attended the event and spoke about the progress in anti-corruption reforms in Uzbekistan.
The event participants analyzed the activities of the Compliance Control Service of the Cadaster Agency, expressed views on the continuation of bilateral cooperation of the two organizations to make the work of the Service more efficient.
