Communicating openly with the people, considering the proposals and demands of the population, listening to their complaints, and solving problems are among the priorities of the Anti-Corruption Agency.
Citizen receptions regularly held by the leadership and key specialists of the Anti-Corruption Agency is of great importance in the implementation of tasks related to the protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities.
On December 30, Akmal Burkhanov, Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency, held another personal reception. Citizens mainly expressed their disagreement with the decisions of the courts and complained about the lack of a full and impartial consideration of their appeals in various government agencies and local authorities. Also, citizens reported on corruption in the field.
At the reception, citizens’ appeals were listened to in full, they were given appropriate legal explanations and consultations on solving the problems.
Appeals requiring additional study were accepted in the proper manner, their execution was taken under strict control of the Agency’s executives.
This kind of receptions serve to timely solve the problems of the population and create the basis for developing appropriate measures to eliminate them.
