The Anti-Corruption Agency strictly follows the principle ‘It is not the people who should serve the government agencies, but government agencies should serve the people’ and takes measures to properly consider citizens’ appeals and takes measures to solve their problems.
Following this principle, Akmal Burkhanov, Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency, held March 31 another personal reception.
During the reception, citizens mainly complained about the lack of a full and impartial consideration of their appeals by various government agencies, organizations and local authorities, as well as various corruption situations.
At the meeting all appeals of the citizens were listened to in full, appropriate legal explanations and consultations were given to resolve issues. Appeals and complaints of citizens, requiring additional study and time, were accepted in the proper manner, their consideration was taken under strict control.
Measures of this kind taken by the Anti-Corruption Agency serve to solve the problems of the population and create the basis for the development of appropriate legal measures by analyzing the factors that cause corruption cases indicated in citizens’ appeals.
