Personal receptions held by the head and executives of the Anti-Corruption Agency play a significant role in the implementation of tasks related to the protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities.

Today the Director of the Agency Akmal Burkhanov has held another personal reception. In their appeals, citizens mainly complained about the lack of a full and impartial consideration of their appeals on judicial and legal issues, about the actions of employees of various government agencies, organizations and local authorities, as well as about corruption offenses on the ground.

At the reception, citizens’ appeals were listened to in full, appropriate legal explanations and consultations were given to solve their problems. Appeals from citizens requiring additional study and time were accepted in the proper manner, their execution was taken under strict control of the Agency’s director.
