The Anti-Corruption Agency has conducted an analysis of the state of openness of the content of documents for the public in E-qaror system, which is a unified electronic system for the development, approval and registration of documents adopted by local executive authorities.
According to the analysis, the content of 2,496 out of 16,404 documents published in the system, subject to adoption by government agencies in 2022, was hidden.
