The Anti-Corruption Agency has conducted a study of public procurement in the amount of 1 billion 440.0 million soums by order of Namangan International Airport LLC.
The study showed that during the public procurement on May 2, 2023 for the provision of comprehensive services for cleaning (beautification) of the airport territory, violations of the law were committed. In particular, the requirements of Articles 10, 14 and 46 of the Law ‘On Public Procurement’ were not complied with.
The documents of two procurement participants were uploaded to the platform from computers with the same IP address.
The Anti-Corruption Agency submitted the collected materials to the Department on Combating Economic Crimes under the Prosecutor General’s Office.
The airport canceled the Protocol of the Procurement Commission.
