The Anti-Corruption Agency has studied the public procurement in the amount of 500.0 million soums, carried out on June 23, 2023, by order of Toshkent Don Mahsulotlari JSC for the provision of services for the transportation of goods, which revealed the violations of the law.

In particular, the documents of two bidders were uploaded to the electronic platform through a computer used by the chair and members of the Procurement Commission (the same IP address).

As a result, the requirements of Articles 10, 14 and 46 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan ‘On Public Procurement’ were violated.

Based on this, on July 6, 2023, the Anti-Corruption Agency sent a statutory notice to the customer to cancel the Protocol of the Procurement Commission, and the collected materials were submitted to the Department on Combating Economic Crimes at the General Prosecutor’s Office.

On July 24, Toshkent Don Mahsulotlari JSC annulled the Protocol of the Procurement Commission.
