The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 6, 2021 ПФ-6257 "On measures to create an environment of intolerance against corruption, sharply reduce corruption in public administration and expand public participation" also emphasizes this issue. In particular, one of the tasks of the Civil Service Development Agency is to recruit civil servants on the basis of open competition and promotion on the basis of professional qualities and special services (meritocracy), the introduction of transparent mechanisms of social protection of civil servants and their specific tasks listed.
