The Anti-Corruption Agency regularly holds meetings with citizens, specialists listen to people’s appeals and complaints, and appropriate measures are taken to solve problems based on the principle ‘It is not the people who should serve the government agencies, but the government agencies should serve the people.’
On, July 29, Akmal Burkhanov, Director of the Agency, held another personal reception. In their appeals, citizens mainly complained about the work of the judicial and legal system, as well as the fact that their appeals were not fully and objectively considered by government agencies and local authorities. In addition, there were also appeals regarding corruption situations in some areas.
At the reception, citizens’ appeals were listened to in full, appropriate legal explanations and consultations were given to solve the problems. Appeals and complaints of citizens, requiring study and time, were accepted in writing and taken under strict control.
The efforts and measures taken by the Anti-Corruption Agency in this area serve not only to solve the problems of the population, but also create the basis for the development of appropriate measures to eliminate the factors causing corruption.
