Citizen participation in the fight against corruption is of a high importance. Citizens express their irreconcilable attitude to the fight against corruption in their appeals. The Anti-Corruption Agency considers each appeal thoroughly, as well as carries out systematic work to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities.

In particular, the management and employees of the Agency have established the practice of receiving citizens on a regular basis. On October 28, Akmal Burkhanov, Director of the Agency, held another personal reception of citizens.

In their appeals, citizens from different regions of the republic expressed their dissatisfaction with court decisions, incomplete and impartial consideration of their appeals in various ministries and departments. Also, the citizens put forward proposals for the fight against corruption.

All appeals of citizens were listened to in full, appropriate legal explanations and consultations were given to solve their problems. Appeals and complaints of citizens, requiring additional study and time, were accepted in the proper manner, their execution was taken under the strict control of the Agency Director.
