Legal Framework for Identifying and Assessing Corruption Risks

This publication covers the entire national legal framework for effectively combating all forms of corruption, as well as issues including:

• organizing the identification and assessment of corruption risks, measures to eliminate them at all levels;
• the procedure for creating and maintaining an electronic register of relations prone to corruption;
• anti-corruption program of the government body and others.

Recommendations for Passing a Rating Assessment through the System of Rating Assessment of the Effectiveness of Anti-Corruption Work

This guideline has been developed to help government bodies and organizations evaluate the effectiveness of anti-corruption work through E-anticor.uz electronic platform.

The recommendations do not impose obligations on government bodies and organizations, but serve as an important resource for achieving positive performance in the rating assessment.
