Following the principle ‘It is not the people who should serve the government agencies, but the government agencies should serve the people’, the Anti-Corruption Agency is constantly working to consider the appeals of citizens and legal entities, study and solve their problems.
Akmal Burkhanov, Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency, held November 25 another personal reception. In their appeals, citizens mainly complained about the decisions of the judiciary, about the incompleteness and bias of the consideration of their appeals in various government agencies, as well as about cases of corruption in some areas.
At the reception, the Agency Director listened to citizens’ appeals in full. Appropriate legal explanations and consultations were given to solve their problems. Appeals and complaints from citizens, requiring additional time and study, were accepted in the proper manner, and their execution was taken under strict control of the Agency’s leadership.
The efforts undertaken by the Anti-Corruption Agency serve to find solutions to the problems of the population and create the basis for the development of appropriate measures to eliminate the factors that give rise to corruption.
