For the protection of the rights, freedoms, legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, as well as the establishment of an effective dialogue with the population, the executives and specialists of the Anti-Corruption Agency regularly conduct receptions of citizens, during which the citizens are provided with the necessary legal assistance and every effort is made to solve their problems.

Akmal Burkhanov, Director of the Agency, held May 26 another personal reception.

In their appeals, citizens from different regions of the country mainly expressed their dissatisfaction with decisions made in the judicial and legal sector, and also complained about the incomplete and unobjective consideration of their appeals by various government bodies and administrations. Complaints were also received regarding corruption situations at the local level.

At the reception, all appeals of citizens were listened to in full, appropriate legal explanations and consultations were given to solve their problems. Appeals and complaints of citizens, requiring additional study and time, were accepted in the proper manner, their execution was taken under the strict control of the Agency Director.
