Through the broad implementation of the Dialogue with People principle, the Anti-Corruption Agency regularly studies the issues of current concern of the population, listens to their problems and takes measures to solve them.

In particular, Akmal Burkhanov, the Agency Director, has held another personal reception today. In their appeals, citizens mainly complained about judicial and legal issues, as well as about the incomplete and impartial consideration of their issues and problems by local authorities.

At the reception, citizens’ appeals were fully listened to, appropriate legal explanations and advice on solving their problems were given. Appeals and complaints of citizens requiring additional study and time were taken in a proper manner, their execution was taken under strict control of the Agency leadership.
