The Anti-Corruption Agency examined the results of a competition ordered by the Khokimiyat of Uchkurgan District.

On May 5 this year, in the website "kun.uz" was posted an article, "In Namangan, a tender worth 259 million soums on the basis of a state order was held among enterprises owned by one person".

It has been revealed that under Order No. 76-F of the Uchkurgan district khokim, dated 16 April 2021, a reconstruction of 200-metre section of a collapsed dam on the left bank of the “Naryn” river was planned.

According to this order, the Uchkurgan district khokimiyat order of 20 April 2021 placed a tender notice on the website "dxarid.uz" for lot No 7103632 and with a starting price of 259 million soums.

“Mirzohidmirzo Mirzobakhrom Mirzamurod” LLC, “Mirzohidmirzo Urkinmirzo Mirzabakhrom” LLC and “Sherzod Begzod Nilufar” LLC took part in the tender and as a result “Mirzohidmirzo Mirzobakhrom Mirzamurod” LLC, which put forward a bid of 258.2 million soums,  won the tender.

During the investigation was revealed that M.K. owns a founding share in “Mirzohidmirzo Mirzobakhrom Mirzamurod” LLC, “Mirzohidmirzo Urkinmirzo Mirzabakhrom” LLC and “Sherzod Begzod Nilufar” LLC

Article 36 of the Law “On Public Procurement” states that the public procurer has the right to cancel a public procurement at any time before the bid of winner is accepted.

In this regard, the results of the tender were annulled by the Uchkurgan District Khokimiyat in accordance with Article 36 of the Law “On Public Procurement”.
