Implementation of projects in the field of agro-industrial complex and food supply by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 15, 2020 No 4830 "On additional measures for the implementation of the project" Diversification and modernization of agriculture "with the participation of the International Fund for Agricultural Development" hereinafter referred to as AMOTSLA) Agency as Project Manager.

The resolution instructed the Anti-Corruption Agency to monitor the targeted use of funds allocated under the project to ensure openness and transparency.

Accordingly, the Agency regularly analyzes the tenders (tenders) and other information on the selection of suppliers of funds, products and services actually funded under the project, and takes necessary measures to ensure their openness and transparency, to prevent corruption in these processes. is being done.

In particular, a total of 92.4 million soums will be allocated for diversification and modernization of agriculture within the project. It is planned to allocate 14.2 million US dollars from 5 banking institutions (People's Bank, Turon Bank, Ipoteka Bank, Qishloq Qurilish Bank and Savdogarbank) to finance 102 subprojects. Requests for funding were received in the amount of 13.1 million US dollars, 98 of which were for 13.1 million US dollars. It is allowed to finance part of the U.S. dollar.

To date, tenders have been held for the selection of suppliers of products and services for the implementation of the project activities, the total cost of which is $ 1.1 million.

In order to ensure the openness and transparency of each tender (competition), the customer regularly places announcements and information in the media (website, newspaper, etc.).

At the same time, in order to ensure the openness and transparency of the activities carried out under the project, a special website of the AMOTSLA Agency "uzaifsa.uz" was created, which regularly covers the activities carried out for entrepreneurs and citizens.

To date, the public has been informed and informed about the work done under the Project 47 times through the media.

In June of this year, the Agency conducted an on-site study of the work carried out under the project in Andijan and Fergana regions.

In particular, the Director of the Agency got acquainted with the activities carried out within the project for the development of entrepreneurial activity of "Zamon" LLC in Khojaabad district and the construction of a new veterinary clinic in the district.

Business entities operating in the field of agriculture receive information on projects implemented with the participation of international financial institutions and loans, JSCB "People's Bank", "Turonbank", JSCB "Ipoteka-Bank", JSCB "Qishloq Qurilish Bank" and JSC "Savdogar" branches in district and city centers, as well as regional representatives of the Agency for Project Implementation in the field of agro-industrial complex and food supply.
