The work carried out by the anti-corruption agency to identify, eliminate the cases of violations of the budget legislation in the budget institutions of the Kashkadarya region and to prevent corruption violations in the budget sector, as well as the factors provoking corruption in the system were studied.

During the course of the study, it was revealed that there were cases of extortion by budgetary organizations in the territory on the basis of false documents on the payment of wages and other compensations for employees and the funds allocated for construction.

On the initiative of the Agency, it was determined that a total of 498 million soums of budgetary funds were selected in the Cameroonian Control conducted at 8 state financial control facilities in the region through competition.

In particular, by the Multidisciplinary Medical Center of Kashkadarya region for 2020 year 94.4 million soums in 60 cases to employees’ salary and compensatory payments paid unreasonably calculated.

In addition, in 2021, the children and adolescents Sports School specialized in Solo sports of Kashkadarya region received 29.5 million soums salary and equated payments paid unreasonably.

As a result of the study, the prosecutor's Office of Kashkadarya region filed a criminal case under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other articles, and now investigative actions are being carried out.
