On September 6 and 11, 2021 A. Burkhanov, Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency, participated with a speech at the training on "Corruption Disclosure and Fact-checking" organized by the USAGM for media representatives.

At the beginning of the event, the director of the Agency informed about the ongoing reforms in the sphere of fighting against corruption in the Republic of Uzbekistan, including measures to support the activities of the non-state sector in this area.

Besides, during the event, the director of the Agency had an live conversation with journalists and answered their questions.

The event, which included four days of intensive training, was hosted by the US Agency for Global Media ( USAGM) and held in a hybrid form.  More than 20 journalists from Surkhandarya, Bukhara, Navoi, Jizzakh, Andijan, Fergana, Samarkand and Tashkent participated in the event.
