The meeting was attended by representatives of the Anti-Corruption Agency, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Statistics Committee, the leadership of the Development Strategy Center, members of the territorial council and the media.

The importance of the general public in preventing corruption was emphasized at the meeting. Territorial anti-corruption councils ought to be more active in a comprehensive and systematic organization of such tasks, paying particular attention to the duties and proxies assigned to them.

At the meeting, the responsibilities of the Council members, the expansion of the scale of projects of the "Sphere without corruption" in the region, the organization of public auditions at the district and city levels, as well as the development of a program reflecting the anti-corruption policy of the region were determined.

Simultaneously,  with the help of the members of the National Council responsible for the regions, measures were identified for the effective organization of work between territorial councils, as well as for the organization of effective public control and research to prevent corruption.
