The Anti-Corruption Agency and the Ferghana regional administration have approved the Roadmap 2022-2023 for the implementation of the ‘Open, Transparent and Accountable Region’ project.
In February, a meeting was held in Ferghana with the participation of the heads of the Agency and the regional administration to discuss further improving the work to ensure the openness of the activities of government agencies and organizations.
The meeting agreed to implement the ‘Open, Transparent and Accountable Region’ project in Ferghana Region, and the initial measures were discussed with the participation of local people’s representatives and the media.
As a result, responsible officials developed a draft Roadmap for Ferghana Region, aimed at ensuring compliance with the legislation on openness, transparency and accountability of local governments and territorial departments of ministries and departments to the population.
