The Anti-Corruption Agency and Uzkimyosanoat Joint-Stock Company have jointly developed and approved the Action Plan 2022.

Based on the document, a list of areas and positions with a high risk of corruption at the enterprises of the system will be formed in order to study and prevent corruption in the Uzkimyosanoat JSC system, as well as necessary measures will be taken to minimize these risks.

For to ensure openness when hiring in the system of Uzkimyosanoat JSC, the process of selecting candidates will be broadcast online.

Moreover, monitoring activities will be organized in the company’s system, aimed at assessing the ability of employees to comply with the requirements of the law, their expertise and efficiency, as well as the level of intolerance to corruption.

Measures will also be taken to further improve the mechanism for reporting violations in the system and corruption crimes.

Using the example of Maxam-Chirchiq JSC, corruption crimes in the chemical industry will be analyzed and work will be carried out to eliminate their causes.

In addition, trainings will be organized to ensure compliance with the rules of professional ethics of employees of the system and the formation of an intolerant attitude towards corruption, as well as public opinion polls will be conducted on social networks regarding the activities of employees of the company.
