In accordance with tasks defined in the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan ‘On measures to introduce a system for rating assessment of the effectiveness of anti-corruption work’, the Anti-Corruption Agency is conducting an analysis of the effectiveness of anti-corruption work in 24 government agencies and organizations on an experimental basis.
In order to exclude the human factor in the ranking, a special electronic platform E-anticor.uz was launched.
The platform contains information on the work done by government agencies and organizations in the field of combating corruption in 2021 and the first quarter of 2022.
In order to ensure the objectivity of the results of the rating assessment, the information entered into the electronic platform by government agencies and organizations will be reviewed by an independent expert group.
According to this, the Order of the Director of the Agency ‘On the formation of an expert group for an independent rating assessment of the effectiveness of anti-corruption work and the approval of the procedure for organizing its activities’ was developed and registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
A newly composed expert group is currently analyzing and assessing the data posted on E-anticor.uz platform.
Representatives of the Anti-Corruption Agency and members of the expert group have met today to discuss important issues related to this process.
The assessment stages and final results will be covered in detail on the official website of the Agency and in the media.
