Open communication with people, studying the requirements and proposals of the population, listening to the problems of citizens, and solving them are among priority tasks of the Anti-Corruption Agency.
Regular personal receptions held by executives and officials of the Agency play an important role in fulfilling the tasks of protecting the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities applying to the Agency.
On May 27, Akmal Burkhanov, Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency, held another personal reception. In their appeals, citizens mainly expressed their disagreement with court decisions, incomplete and impartial consideration of their appeals by various government agencies and local authorities, and also expressed concern about cases of corruption in government institutions.
At the reception, citizens’ appeals were heard in detail, appropriate legal explanations and advice on solving problems were given. Citizens whose appeals require additional study and time submitted their complaints and appeals in written form, the consideration of which is taken under strict control.
This kind of receptions, organized by government agencies and organizations within the framework of the implementation of the principle of ‘dialogue with the people’, serve to timely solve the problems of the population and provide a basis for developing appropriate measures to eliminate the factors that cause corruption.
