On June 6, the Anti-Corruption Agency, together with the British Embassy in Uzbekistan, organized four-day trainings on the theme ‘Building a Culture of Integrity among Officials.’
The UK experts from various fields have been invited to give lectures within June 6-9. About 30 specialists from the Anti-Corruption Agency, the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction and the National Guard are participating in the training.
Representatives of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan are also among those attending the trainings.
The UK experts provide information on the implementation of integrity standards in the UK, leadership in the civil service, financial management and use of human resources, public procurement, effective work with the media and the public.
Practical dialogues are also organized on issues of interest to the participants.
Following the event, all participants will be awarded certificates.
