The Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency regularly conducts a personal reception of citizens for to ensure the consideration of appeals from individuals and legal entities, the establishment of a direct and open dialogue with them.
And this gives its practical results in the form of a timely solution of the problems of the population, the protection of human rights and interests.
These days, another personal reception of the Director at the Anti-Corruption Agency has been held, during which citizens expressed dissatisfaction with court decisions, complained about the lack of a full and impartial consideration of appeals by various government agencies and organizations, and also reported on corruption.
At the reception, the Agency Director and specialists listened to citizens’ problems and complaints, provided them legal consultations. Appeals requiring more time and expertise were taken under strict control of the head of the Agency.
Through such receptions, which are organized to implement the principle of ‘dialogue with the people’, the factors that give rise to corruption are analyzed and appropriate measures are developed to eliminate them.
Most importantly, the population’s trust in government agencies and the triumph of justice is being strengthened.
