In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Uzbekistan of July 6, 2021 ‘On additional measures for the effective organization of anti-corruption activities’, a new mechanism has been created in all government agencies and organizations to identify and eliminate the causes and conditions of corruption manifestations.
In particular, the Compliance Hotline was launched in the Uzpromstroybank system to fight corruption, ensure openness and transparency in customer service, and establish effective communication with the public on this issue.
As a result of such an anti-corruption system, operating on the basis of international standards, this July 14, Uzpromstroybank received a certificate of compliance for ISO 37001:2016 anti-bribery management system.
This international standard is implemented by the bank at three levels - republican, regional and district.
This certificate signifies the bank’s irreconcilable attitude towards any manifestations of corruption and serves to increase the confidence of investors and business partners in the privatization process.
