As we reported earlier, from August 1, the Anti-Corruption Agency began remote monitoring of the level of transparency and openness of creative examinations for admission to Bachelor program of higher educational institutions and their live streaming via the Internet.
Representatives of the Agency with the participation of officials of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education also conduct monitoring directly on the ground.
In particular, today the working group headed by Akmal Burkhanov, Director of the Agency, has visited the University of Journalism and Mass Communications of Uzbekistan to get acquainted with the process of creative examinations.
Creative exams were held in rooms with webcams under the supervision of jury members and under the control of the working group. The whole process was broadcast online through the imtihon.edu.uz web platform, which is open to all users. It is worth to note that the involvement of media representatives and parents in real-time monitoring of creative exams has strengthened public control in ensuring the transparency of the examinations.
The Anti-Corruption Agency constantly monitors the level of openness and transparency of organizing the creative exams held at universities until August 10, as well as the quality of live streaming via the Internet.
The details of this process are regularly covered on the official pages of the Agency.
Below is a list of higher education institutions performing live streaming of exams:
