The Anti-Corruption Agency carries out comprehensive work to establish a direct dialogue with the people by regularly organizing meetings with citizens, studying their demands, suggestions and complaints, and taking measures to solve their problems.

In particular, Akmal Burkhanov, Director of the Agency, held August 26 his regular personal reception. In their appeals, citizens mainly complained that their appeals were not considered in full and impartially in government agencies and local governments. Also, there were complaints about violations of labor laws and cases of corruption.

All appeals of citizens were listened to, appropriate legal explanations and consultations were given to solve the problems. Appeals and complaints of citizens were accepted in due course, their consideration and execution are taken under strict control of the Agency’s senior executives.
