The Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship has organized regular advanced training courses for candidates included in the National Personnel Reserve (deputy hokims, heads of departments, heads of sectors).
Course attendees improve practical and theoretical skills in the main areas of state policy in law, social fields, politics.
On November 16, 2022, Umida Tukhtasheva, Deputy Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency, gave a lecture on the priority areas of the state policy in the field of combating corruption.
Particular attention was paid to the adopted documents in this field, their impact on the socio-political life of the population, international standards and foreign experience.
Then, an exchange of views took place on the measures to be taken by the reserve employees as the head of an organization or region to prevent corruption in their institution, and to effectively establish the work of internal anti-corruption control units.
The course attendees also shared opinions on the importance and methods of involving the media and the general public in these processes.
