In July 2022, the Anti-Corruption Agency received an appeal from citizen H.K., which wrote about the challenges he faced to receive the cadastral documents for the land plot he bought in Bardankul settlement, Yuqorichirchiq District, Tashkent Region.
The Anti-Corruption Agency sent a request to the Cadaster Agency under the State Tax Committee in order to fully and objectively study the situation described in the appeal.
Specialists of the Cadaster Department of Yuqorichirchiq District of the Tashkent regional department began to study the case on the spot.
Following the study, a cadastral passport was issued for the land plot to the name of citizen H.K, the appeal was resolved positively.
Also, the Anti-Corruption Agency received an appeal from citizen F.T., in which he protested against the actions of a dispatcher of the Surkhandarya Regional Electric Networks JSC. The appeal said that when the power supply was cut off in the transformer located in Uchyoghoch community in Sherobod District, the dispatcher A.A. offered to install automatic switches at the expense of the community residents.
On November 9, 2022, the Agency sent a request to the Regional Electric Networks JSC in order to study the issue.
Specialists of the Surkhandarya Regional Electric Networks JSC studied the situation with the participation of a citizen who applied to the Agency.
After the study, a new automatic switch was installed in the transformer, the appeal was resolved positively.
